These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Avodah Consultants LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of our websites and Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our Services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

The specific features, content, duration, access levels, and deliverables of each program are described on the applicable program sales page or enrollment documentation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any program or component of our Services at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.

We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to:

Any other third-party platform, marketplace, or income opportunity we may reference in our programs
Any reference to these platforms or their products, services, trademarks, or programs is for educational and informational purposes only. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced belong to their respective owners.
IMPORTANT: Avodah Consultants LLC makes absolutely no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding income, earnings, profits, or results of any nature from participation in our programs or use of our Services.
Results described in our marketing materials, programs, case studies, or testimonials represent exceptional individual outcomes and are NOT typical. Your individual results will vary significantly based on factors that are beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Payment for our Services is due at the time of enrollment or purchase, as specified on the applicable program or checkout page. We accept payment through the methods indicated at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
Avodah Consultants LLC offers a thirty (30) day refund policy on our programs and Services, unless otherwise stated. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within thirty (30) days of your original purchase date.
To request a refund, you must:
Contact us at admin@businessbuildinglegends.com within 30 days of your purchase date
Provide your name, email address associated with the purchase, and the program or product purchased
Include a brief explanation of your reason for requesting a refund
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after approval. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above requirements or that we determine in good faith to be abusive or fraudulent. Refunds will not be issued after the 30-day period has expired unless required by applicable law.
All content included in or made available through our Services — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, course materials, training videos, worksheets, templates, and software — is the property of Avodah Consultants LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the program materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any program content
Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any content
Sell, sublicense, or transfer access to our programs or materials to any third party
Share your login credentials or program access with any third party

Treat other community members and Company staff with respect and professionalism

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our websites or systems

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AVODAH CONSULTANTS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through our Services.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL AVODAH CONSULTANTS LLC, ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO AVODAH CONSULTANTS LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Avodah Consultants LLC, its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of our Services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at admin@businessbuildinglegends.com and provide a written description of the dispute. We will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue their legal remedies.
Our websites and programs may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or platforms for informational purposes. We have no control over the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or availability. The inclusion of any link does not constitute our endorsement of the linked site or its content. You access third-party websites at your own risk.
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, at our sole discretion. Without limiting the foregoing, we may terminate your access if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or acted in a manner that is harmful to Avodah Consultants LLC, other users, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific programs, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to your use of our Services, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
